Testing of condition and coordination abilities indicates the current status of player, which is crucial for gaming performance. This is done through Sport Testing Dryland, which evaluates dynamic and static stability, frequency speed, responsiveness and power abilities of the player.
Evaluation of Functional Movement Systems provides information about movement patterns, simplifying the concept of movement and its effect on the body. Based on the FMS, it is possible the immediate detection of evident physical functional limitations, asymmetries and dysfunctions.
Firstbeat monitors current response of athlete's organism on external training load by measuring the heart rate. It provides feedback to the coaches and players, which helps control training and sports performance itself. Based on measurements of Firstbeat, there are designed anaerobic and aerobic thresholds and training zones, which will greatly help to streamline training.
Wingate determines anaerobic capacity state during the 30s and during this time finds out anaerobic science of player, maximum and average power and fatigue index. The test is performed on a hockey skatemill and a bike. The test is designed for players over 15 years.
Stride Power provides the maximum performance of player during six seconds. The goal is to find out the optimal speed of skating of a player on the hockey skatemill during player's max performance. The test is designed for players over 15 years.
Blood analysis indicates the current health and functional status of the player. Getting blood count, biochemistry, liver function tests, lipid metabolism and inflammatory markers:
